Very satisfied. It is very good price vs performance in comparison with several other hotels in Da Nang and elsewhere in Vietam. Clean and comfy rooms, decent service in the room and reception. WiFi working well. Breakfast is ok, but better come early. If feeling lazy to go out, one can spend time on rooftop's terrace featuring a bar and a pool.There was no ventilation in our bathroom. Had to keep the doors open. The safe's code suddenly stopped working one day. We had the same issue on our last stay. Respectively, either there is some repititive malfunction, or somebody tries to fiddle with the safe. However, staff quickly helped us, and everything was at place.

Buffet breakfast was good! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room exceeded my expectations. We didn’t manage to use the pool as it was quite cold, but I can imagine in summer it would be great. Views from the rooftop are spectacular!Music was a little too loud on the rooftop bar.

Wonderful stay, Staff very accommodating, clean, good service.Towels smelled like smoke. They burn incense everywhere.

The room was big, spacious and comfortable with an ideal location close to the beech.The pool was dirty with no filter and a lot of dead bugs/flies lay in the water over the 2 days we were there. The staff were not very good with English, when we explained the fridge was not cold the receptionist replied with “none of the fridges are cold” but eventually we did get it sorted and the maintenance guys were lovely!

Clean facilities and nice size room. Breakfast options for all.Excellent in all aspects.
