This is a marvelous mid-sized hotel at the south end of Da nang, very close to the beach. It's about one year old and extremely clean. The rooms are very comfortable, with cold air conditioners. The staff was friendly and helpful and often full of smiles. Even the house keepers were cheerful and friendly, something I don't get much when I'm in Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast is tasty and has pretty good variety. The two front desk receptionists are also kind and easy going ladies. I highly recommend this hotel. Great place to relax and feel at ease.Nothing really.

3 star hotel with 5 star staff and smiles..

The size of the room is very generous.Everything is perfect, only I would prefer the pillows are slightly flatter

This hotel property is lovely - the rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Rooftop pool area is lovely - great seating area and a bar!The staff are nice enough but could do with a bit more work using their initiative providing a great customer experience. We had coffee/tea facilities in our room but no cups. I called Reception and they refused to give me cups. ??? When using the swimming pool, there were no towels available at first and the guy told me to use our room towels. It was only after I protested that this wasn’t ideal that he ended up getting towels for us. At breakfast, the staff tend to only put out the bare minimum number of food items. So you have to always ask for more cereal, pastries etc. These are small things that are very easily fixed - but they do mean the difference between an OK hotel stay VS a great, memorable experience that guests will seek out again.

The bed was comfortable, many pillows, shower big and clean.Refrigerator or possibly just an illuminated cupboard cooled no drinks
