Good breakfast, laptop in the room, nice bathroom, staff were helpful with tour to the DMZ.

Good location. Hospitality.The room is little small than my expectation.

Comfy beds and we loved the bathtub. The vanity stretched from one wall to the other so lots of room for toiletries. We had a quiet room at the backside. Lots of cupboards and storage in the bedroom area that also had a large wooden luggage rack that fit both our suitcases. We really had everything we needed in the room and enjoyed returning to it each night. The buffet was OK and had western food as well. Great views from the 11th floor where the buffet was. Mark who worked out front of the hotel, was very helpful in getting us a cab. What a lovely man! My husband’s name is Mark too so I took a photo of them together-great memory keeper!The front staff seemed over eager to please and really weren’t the best listeners. We basically avoided them after that. On the weekends, they sell tickets to the public for their buffet. One large group who appeared to be teens were over the top with the noise level from them. And in another corner, a large group of young adults were also very noisy. Wouldn’t recommend eating here on a weekend-very unpleasant for others-especially paying guests of the hotel. The staff in general didn’t look entirely happy working at this hotel. They seemed stressed out too. My guess is that it’s management who are overworking and underpaying them. Customers feel happy when the staff is happy. The management could do a lot better for their staff in this regard
