Excellent
The staff was really friendly and genuinely service minded. Clean big rooms. Hotel close to the centre with restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant with panorama view over Hue. Great spa facilities and swimming pool. Free bicycles for guests (perhaps with the need of some maintenance :) Great location for trips in and around Hue. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and its dedicated staff deserves all credits.

Great hotel to stay at in Hue
One of the best breakfast buffets we had. Customer service there was consistently good. Most everyone had a friendly smile and willing to help. Accommodations were comfortable. Nice hotel for the value... I will definitely rebook here when I revisit Hue.The hotel was quiet, except for the music rehearsals blasting from the city’s central square, preparing for New Years celebration (it was a great speaker system!). Ended at a reasonable time.
