Value, location, beds, staff, bike parking.A little noise from other guests at night, but my room was next to the stairs. Not a big issue.

The people of the hotel! The girl was super nice with us and very helpful. For the breakfast they made at the moment your choice from the menu. Also they rent us a motorbike for a good price and gave us many tips to do in our time there.Actually for the price the hotel it's good more than enough: the room was big, comfortable bed, air conditioned, towels, small fridge... Maybe the bathroom was small and the shower doesn't have enough presion, but it was ok.

Staff was very nice, helpful and caring. We rented motorbikes and one driver and the service was excellent, the driver took us to eat the best noodles we’ve ever eaten. Staff made sure we arrived to destination and asked if everything was alright. The room and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was nice, one plate to choose, dessert and drink.Nothing

We loved Everything! The location was perfect, away from the loudness of the walking street so you can get a good nights sleep but close walking distance to everything you need. Hiue was a wonderful host, she straight away talked us through where to go and showed us a map of where to explore and all the info we needed. We ran out of data on our sim card whist there, Hiue tried to ask around to see if anywhere close sold any and even offered to drive to get us more, in the end she found a spare one that she owned with some data left and gave it to us to use. Not only this, we had some postcards written out for our family and Hiue also offered to help post them for us. She also ran the bus company that was due to pick us up on our last day, to help confirm they were definitely picking us up. The list could go on.. She really is the kindest and most friendliest host we have came across on our travels. She goes above and beyond for her guests. As for the hotel itself, the breakfast inc in the stay was really good and made fresh when you order. Coffee and tea was complimentary too and tasted good! The rooms are so clean and well sized, the beds are super comfy with clean sheets. I would highly recommend staying here in Hue.. you will definitely not regret it.Nothing. Great stay!
