Great location Lovely staff Comfy bed.Nothing at all

The main lady (maybe the owner) was super lovely and helped as much as she possibly could, sorted our bus for us to Ninh Binh and helped us with any questions we had. Great location, streets with restaurants & bars & a Vinmart just 5 min walk away, if that. Bicycles to rent from the hotel and motorbikes to rent directly opposite the hotel. We had an amazing deal with this hotel, we got two double beds each. They were absolute huge. Super comfy! Everything perfect! Thank you! :).The only issue we had was the hot water for our showers didn’t last long. We both had a minutes worth of hot water before it went cold.

The Times Hotel is a very nice family hotel located in the 'hotel street' in Hue, a very quiet street full of restaurants, hostels, and small hotels. My room was not too large, but very comfortable, very clean, and perfect for a single traveler. The bed and pillows are super-comfortable and the street always quiet, so I slept perfectly every night! 😇 The bathroom is also a quite small, but the shower is hot and well separated from the rest of the bathroom, so it keeps the floor dry! There's also a small fridge, air conditioning, television, and toiletries in the bathroom. Included breakfast is homemade cooked directly by the owners: every morning you can choose a main dish (both Western and Vietnamese), fruit or apple crepe, and a drink; you can also request other dishes for a small price, and of course water bottles. The owner is really kind and helpful and managed for me laundry, city tours, a.d travel bookings to my next destination. Plus her little daughter is incredibly cute 😊😂 Prices are also very good - I paid 11 € per night - even for a relatively small city like Hue. Overall, The Times Hotel is a really great place to stay in Hue, and I absolutely recommend it without hesitation! 😃.The only small faults I could find is that the shower becomes lukewarm after 10 minutes and the toilet cover was not well built, but that's nitpicking by me 😜

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They serve a very complete and good breakfast. The location is good.The place is a little bit worn down. The towels need urgent replacement.
