The bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable and the room was medium size. Pleny of hot water with an on-demand system and there was a shower stall. The internet was good and the TV worked. There were several options for breakfast. The place is close to the major attractions and lots of restaurants alll over The staff was very nice and helpful and arranged a bus for us to Nimh Binh including packing breakfast for our early departure. And they take Visa.The bathroom was so small you had to stand behind the door to close it. Not a big deal, just a nit. We understood the bus arranged for us to be a sleeper bus but was actually just a cramped bus.

Small rooms but great location, good breakfast and really friendly staff. Great value for money too.

I liked the unexpectedly large size of my room, the very friendly staff, on site parking and the complimentary breakfast.Unfortunately there was annoyingly shrill dog barking outside my window for a long time and starting very early in the morning. Otherwise my stay was truly excellent.

Ahead of arrival I was sent explicit directions on how to locate them. The staff were warm and went above my expectations in terms of telling us about the city, tour options, and helping with transportation needs. The location is ideal as it's on a quiet alley but only 2 blocks from all the night life.The bathroom in our room was miniscule. We're two thin people and even so it was hard to get in/out.
