Hotel is very good, beach facilities could be improved.
Very nice and helpful staff like I have Not experienced before. The roof top outside pool is very useful during the noon time heat and a clear advantage and differentiator of this hotel.On the way to the beach a road must be crossed, cars don’t stop for pedestrians even not for small kids but just honking. On the beach could be showers and changing rooms installed, for Western standards now not enough, for Asia ok.

Exceptional
The staff were exceptional , especially reception and concierge teams . Celine in particular was one of the best members of customer facing staff we have ever had the pleasure to meet.Breakfast needs a little work..a larger range of baked goods and conventional breakfast items...but staff were very reactive to feedback.
