I enjoy with the seaview room in which i enjoy the sunrise
i gave the feedback to customer services. They are eager to listen and improve the situation as soon as possible. They are willing to please or compensate with customer with negative comments. the room with sea view is great.the types of food is not enough and does not meet my expectation.

Exceptional
This is an excellent hotel located just right next to the beach. Moreover, it is easy to reach a city centre within a few minutes by a car or a motorbike. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided me with a lot of advises regarding places worth visiting as well as local restaurants. Food at the sky bar is tasty and the view stunning - you see the coastline and pagoda. Moreover, room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Beautiful views, fantastic location, friendly staff
The hotel is beautiful, and its location and views cannot be beat (only 2 minutes walk to the beach, and 25 minutes walk over the Dragon Bridge to the city center). The staff are super friendly and helpful (they even helped us book a quick day trip to Hoi An). The breakfast offers a vast variety of gourmet "Eastern" and "Western" dishes for everybody to enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel!
