Exceptional
Hotel staffs were very friendly and courteous. Good selection of food at buffet. Location was awesome. As an overall hotel I would absolutely recommend this hotel.There are little things in our bedroom I noticed that could be improved by the cleaners such as fingerprints and soap stains in the shower and bathroom glass doors. Other than that there’s really not much

Da Nang beach stay
I’ve just returned to the UK after staying for 8 nights. I Had a Beach view room on the 7th floor. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff are fantastic. Celine was very helpful. Comfortable beds, Beach views, Plenty of choice for breakfast, Roof top Swimming pool and Rooftop bar with stunning views were a nice place to chill out even after check out. Thank you again to Celine and the front desk for sorting me a late check out. It was very much appreciated. 😊.If I was to be picky the Gym is a little small, no weights bench or stability ball.
