Room was large and excellent. Well fitted out. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only about 3 Pounds Sterling for taxi into City. Food excellent. Wine selection by the glass quite good. Some of the choice by Bottles looked better. La Terrasse (the Bar) also had very good smaller meals such as a Pair of Wagyu mini Burgers Pool and adjoining beach excellent. Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus, there were less than about 50 Guests. Some of the Venues were closed for 'deep cleaning'.A group of about 40 US Navy personnel arrived mid-week. The Hotel seemed to be not prepared for their arrival. Many Staff were obviously not on duty in the low occupancy and they found it difficult to cope with the number of new arrivals. However, I had no problem with the service. It should have been possible for them to open/shut different Venues on different days, rather than just close them.

breakfast was great, and staff were very polite. the gardens and general setting and facilities of the hotel were excellent. it was slight walk from the beach, however the pool view was fantastic.everything was great.

Quite, wide and nice resort that included private beach. Nice room decor.Deserted place after the spread of covid, lack of staffs at reception when we came in the morning (9AM)

The resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly & accommodating & provided great service. My family had lots of fun staying at Hyatt Regency.I didn't like the fact that the Booking.com website was slightly misleading. From the initial page of booking, it stated breakfast at USD25 per pax. Inside the booking, it stated package includes breakfast. When i emailed Booking.com for help to amend my booking to include breakfast, i was ignored. Till today, still no one from Booking.com replied.

The beach is very beautiful and clean.Bed is not comfortable. I couldnt sleep well on both nights. I booked king sized bed but it actually more like a queen size. We stayed there on Tuesday and Wednesday, they only opened a restaurant called green house which had few option for the meals, but those were tasted good. There was only few sun chairs on the beach side and I couldn’t find a staff to help to set up more which was very disappointing.
