Friendly staff, good location , wonderful resort.

Room seems like one of the house, terrace is beautiful place to get some rest, Bed is good but baby guard is impossibly. And water power is slow in bathroom. Bathtub flow was bad. Breakfast is good but loudly meal. Swimming pool and beach is perfect for my baby. Staff especially who works at concierge is really not nice. The resort is so beautiful, from the many pools, the pristine white sand beach and every amenity including restaurants, bars, fitness centres, etc - it was all so incredible. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to pay for breakfast everyday and they will upgrade us to a better room. We said yes so we paid for breakfast everyday in advance and we were upgraded to a 10th floor suite with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and balcony with 100% ocean views and my god it was so beautiful. They have a buggy service which you just call and they pick you up at your room or take you back to your room which is so handy especially if your in one of the rooms that is perhaps a 5-10 min walk from lobby because it is a huge resort. Breakfast buffet was huge everyday with lots to choose from so we are very glad we chose to pay for breakfast. Because it was our honeymoon we were greeted in our room with rose petals and they organised to make us a beautiful cake from their bakery onsite - it was delicious. The room is spotless, fresh linen and towels every day and the housekeeping would even fold our clothes if we left them lying in the floor. (little extras like that are nice) - the views are amazing, in a pretty good location too as it’s only a half an hour car trip into hoi an old town and 15 mins into da nang. They do offer a shuttle service which you do have to pay for unfortunately but is still cheaper than any taxi or grab. Service was amazing from all staff, very attentive and helpful and always smiling. Food and Drink prices were relatively food priced considering it’s a big resort too which was pleasing. We will definitely be back again.There was hard to fault anything with Hyatt. The only thing that is a bit disappointing is that for the amount you pay, you really don’t get much included. I thought it was a bit of a rip off to have to pay for a shuttle service when you’re paying $3000 for a room (which is what we paid). Shuttle services are usually something included in the hotel but you had to pay 80,000 dong per person, 1 way. Still not expensive but just annoying. i definitely think breakfast should be included too, especially if you have one of the more premium rooms which we had originally bought before the upgrade too. That is the only real negative but it’s pretty standard from a big chain hotel to charge you for everything. There was a lot of children too in the main pool but there’s 3 other pools to choose from so this is not an issue at all in my opinion.

The resort itself was very nice and the food was excellent.However there are some parts of the resort that needs renovations.

I like the architecture of this resort clean cut and neat. Food is good and staff is friendly. We truly enjoy my stay with family.
