The staff has been so kind and welcoming. Since we were the first 2020 customers they gave as flowers and a little present. Very adorable. Breakfast is very nice and vary. The room beautiful and traditional.Unfortunately the gym was not operative and the swimming so cold. but this is a minor thing

We booked the room in this hotel for 2 nights (nonrefundable option) but in the end it occured that we could only come to Hue for 1 day. We contacted manager who was so nice to us and offered a free pick up from the airport and he booked for us a room in the sister hotel Thanh Lich which is closer to the heart of Hue. Very friendly personnel. Very enjoyable breakfast! Nice view from the room.

Big rooms. The front desk manager Mr Nhien was so nice to upgrade rooms for my family group. He is always ready to listen to our needs. Thank you for your help and we had a pleasant stay in Hue.Nothing

Hotel was in a good location. Was clean and good wi fi . Huge bed!Aggressive selling of tours. After a very long train journey from Ninh Binh, we just wanted to get to our room without a hard sell of tours at arrival. That said the DMZ tour organised by hotel was excellent- guide was inspirational... just hope the extra cash we stumped up went to him and not hotel staff pocket.
