We loved our room, and they made it special for us as we were celebrating a special occasion. The staff is great(cannot strech this enough!) , really helpfull and kind. The location is also very good. Very very clean! And a good choice to spend in Hue. The food tour, even though we skipped 2 locations, was very good. We tried delicious food that if we were on our own we would never try. Vietnam has excellent cuisine. If we ever get back to Hue, we might try it again.First of all, I have to say that the staff there is great and they are doing whatever they can to make you feel comfortable and cater your needs. We were a bit let down by the spa facilities, the bar, and the food tour. It just didnt last as much as the brochure said and our guide skipped 2 locations and got us back to the hotel.They asked us if it was a good tour but we didnt want to be impolite because our tour guide was there with us, so we didnt complain. Minor fallbacks.

Everything, beautifully furnished, very friendly helpful staff. Good location. The best massage ever!The HOT water appeared to be on a timer and ran out after 5 minutes. If you waited a while you got more.

The place is really clean, staff is really nice and available for you when needed, great location (near the Imperial City - 10 min walking) and great comfort overall Restaurant is quite expensive though, good but not an incredible price / quality ratio.A bit noisy (the street are loud around the hotel and the staff makes quite some noise starting from 7:00 am which can be annoying if you want to take your time at the hotel in the morning
