Good
Nice hotel. The staff is friendly and speaks english. The breakfast buffet is really great. You can read the story of the owner in the room which is a great testimony. Hotel provides a tea times with local student to help them to improve their english, but we haven't the time to participate to it.

The staff were exceptionally helpful with booking and coordinating intercity transfers. With our change of travel plans they were flexible with altering our hotel booking. Definitely the friendly hotel!Bed uncomfortable, but not unlike most beds in Vietnam. Breakfast unremarkable.
