The staff were exceedingly helpful. Met our request when we had a need! The kitchen staff were beautiful in nature! Smiles and made our eggs perfectly!Perhaps the view if to have what I did not like.

This was in a great location, the room was clean with a good shower a comfortable bed and free water every day. The breakfast was amazing and staff couldn’t do enough for you. Great value for money and definitely recommend staying.

This was our favourite stay in Vietnam. The rooms were incredibly clean, staff were extremely attentive and instantly greeted us with a cool drink and showed us what to do in Hue. You could really tell that they put an enormous effort into the detail of your stay. The story that the owner has written and is provided in each room made me incredibly emotional in a positive way- a must read on your stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer to participate in the Talking Tea program that they offer to the young children of Vietnam to help them with their English. I would highly recommend this hotel. The value for money is oustanding.

Very clean room, excellent breakfast.Very hot in entire hotel. You are forced to use AC. Window in our room faced another hotel's elevation so I could literally touch the opposite building after opening the window.
