Disappointing
.The owner was never at the desk, so we always had to talk to a relative who knew no English who would call the owner and we would have to communicate over the phone. This happened when we were simply trying to check out which proved to be impossible. Also meant we had to pay with cash as she couldn’t understand we wanted to pay with card. Unbelievably poor service
