Extremely friendly staff.Old and dirty toilet door & curtain

Decoration is nice. Location is perfect, close to the beach. The room is a little small.Dirty cover bed sheets, pillows do not even have covers. Dirty flip flops, bathroom floor. The room smells.

Both managers were exceptionally friendly , helpful, and went out of their ways to fix the issues i had with this room. once again i would like to thanks them both.Next day they helped me to relocate to another hotel in a different part of town..dirty dirty dirty, kitchen sink had a hole, water went straight unto floor, Tv not working, noisy early in the morning as hotel stands close to a school....I had booked transportation from airport to this hotel after being offered by the hotel...but no one came... why offer the service then?

We liked the location just a short walk to the beach. The floor drain in our bathroom wasn't working the first night but they fixed it. Beds were comfortable.Only a couple of small things. The cafe downstairs didnt serve food which was a shame. There was a handy toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Luckily we didn't use them as they were an extra charge but we didn't see a sign stating that.

Very good stay here! Its clean, beds are comfy and staff is very friendly! Will definitely stay again if im back in Da Nang! Thank you!Nothing really!
