Great value if you can get a spa & airport trip for LOWER than Hyatt and Vinpearl Luxury.
The breakfast buffet was great; good variety and of course good pho. The daily spa (massages) we got were very luxurious and the staff were very kind. Great jungle like design of the premise.The most disappointing part was how the front desk arranged a driver for us for Bana Hills without telling us that he costs $10 US for every hour. We paid $60 for "A round trip and the driver will wait 4-5 hours for you at the parking lot" (which is more expensive than Grab but we wanted to try it out), but had to pay extra $10 for being 5 minutes late, which we were never notified of. There was still sand on the living room floors and there was no corkscrew in the kitchen (we had to call someone in). No one (not even the technician the front desk lady sent over) could explain how the villa's own sauna's controller works. Each room has an electronic lock that requires your card and one of the room's lock barely worked on the last day (low battery?).
