Overall a lovely stay. This is a beautiful resort with a gorgeous main pool and private beachfront. For us, it was amazing for 4 good days of relaxation from poolside to beach, taking strolls against lush and leafy backgrounds. A highlight also was the beautiful architecture of the grounds, incorporating Vietnamese details very creatively. We stayed in the 3-bedroom villa which was spacious and comfortable for the children to run about in. The private pool was very nice and the daily free massages were also a plus. While there's not much right around the resort, Hoi An is only about a 15-minute ride away and Da Nang, around 30 minutes. Great location for the peace and quiet we were seeking.- Understandably, service may have been affected by the pandemic and decrease in guest frequency, but the breakfast could have definitely been better at the hotel's par and price range. We stayed there for 3 nights, and found issues with the cold cuts section as well as some of the drinks/smoothies offered. The hot weather perhaps added to this, so leaving them out with ice could possibly be an option. Some change in variety would have also been great, as it was the exact same options for each day. - While I understand the massages are complimentary, I feel the quality could improve to be more consistent. My 3 days of the same type of massage were actually 3 different experiences, and what I felt were not only discrepancies in steps but also wide gaps in quality. All-inclusive spa resorts usually also look further into details as to the clients' preferences, whereas this felt more like an in-and-out kinda gig/freebie. - While there was mention in the reviews of an ambassador that would perhaps check in with the guests' needs, we were not offered this during our stay. Just a bit curious if that would have helped us avert some of the minor issues we had.
Very nice resort with stunning architecture at Lobby, Conference, Pool & Restaurant Area. Some parts of the resort were not maintained and looked quite rundown at the moment of our stay (Christmas 2020). This might be due to off-season as well as the covid impact and seems to be different towards high-season. Maintenance (cleaning, painting, etc.) was ongoing.
My family had a lovely staycation at Naman this past weekend. Due to Covid, we didn’t want to risk travelling too far and Naman had a great deal with free room upgrade and spa promotion. The resort is well designed and the villa (we stayed in a 2 bedroom) was very private. The resort was immaculately clean, as was our room, and we enjoyed the use of the main pool and the beach area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very generous despite the buffet being closed due to low occupancy. This isn’t the fault of the property, just missed the full hotel vibe due to low occupancy as most things were closed. I was quite disappointed about the spa being closed although I do understand because of Covid. The hotel did offer a FB credit instead.
One of the best in town with great services & designs. Big thanks to everyone of the team there!! We had fun playing Vietnamese traditional games.1 bed room villa features open space from bed to bath, but we prefer some privacy for the toilet area (there’s no door dedicates for the toilet). Even better if the room could offer 2 wash basins.
