Very helpful people especially at the desk: La Ny and Minh Chau... They arranged us with laundry stuff, found us a last minute solution for a good restaurant on New Year's eve, changed our room (1 out of the 3 was noisy).First night we were on 10th floor just under the breakfast area. Very noisy after 6am and this we could not sleep any longer as we wanted!

Facilities and staff are of the highest order for a 4* hotel. We had nothing but great experiences with the staff who helped us out with anything we required from food/drink orders, directions, booking taxi's etc. Only 5min walk to MyKhe Beach and lots of bars and shops within 2min of the front door. Big room, confortable space, good tv, nice bathroom and very clean throughout. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, suited for the asian pallet moreso. Rooftop pool, bar and spa area is a treat at any time of the day.We recieved a lovely massage on our 1st night, the only point we felt was that the girls giving the massage, We felt that they could've dressed in hotel wear uniform to set the tone instead of their own clothing which they landed in. Only a small suggestion for improvement.

It was a brand-new hotel since it was built about 5~6 months ago. Everything was clean and there breakfast was amazing :) The location is really close to the beach. They are very eager to help with any problems you have. Just ask them about it. Especially, special thanks to the supervisor Minh Huu. She always smiles and have a good English skills. Also, I can't remember the name of the lady on the sky-bar, but thanks to her service as well.Since it is only 5~6 months old, I could feel some lack of experience comparing with other hotels in other cities. Well, They are eager to help you when you ask them, but before you ask, they are kinda.. passive to act. I guess it's a default mode for them as "Not interrupt other guests before they ask". Also they are not aware of the tour place/recommendations that much. The whole street seems like a hotel zone, so... it can be seen quite apart from a local phenomenon. But I do believe these things going to be better.
