Warm-hearted service

We had a great trip here, location is good, nice swimming pool and sky bar on the rooftop, I love the spa here. The staffs are super nice and very helpful with prompt response, they answered me everything. We will come back again definitely.

Fantastic experience, lovely smiles

Staff are passionate about their jobs, and always greeting us with a smile when we enter or leave the hotel. Thank you for the day trip recommendations and the comfortable stay. Special mention to Mr. Tri, an experienced and helpful hotel manager. Thank you for making our short stay in Da Nang a memorable one :).

New Hotel and Nice Staff

This is a newly open hotel. We really enjoyed the hotel and the facilities as well as the wonderful staff. I liked the Bed and great bathroom. No noise from the streets or neighbours.

Excellent value for money hotel.

Everything was 1st class, hotel very clean, rooms immaculate. Staff exceptional, especially the manager. The swimming pool and spa on the roof was very, very good. Suong (Snow) guest liaison, was first class and a credit to the hotel, helpful, attentive and knowledgable. Would I stay at this hotel again! Absolutely a big yes.Maybe food could have been a bit more European, however the eggs were always perfect.

Exceptional

The location was good, and the staff was kind beyond belief. Especially, a recetion staff called Huu always kindly helped us: she even went out to buy a sim card for us. With the kind help of all the staff, my stay at Nagila was perfect. If I go to Da Nang again, I will definitely stay there again.식사는 그냥 나쁘지 않은 편 The food wasn't bad, but not that great.
