As soon as I walked in every staff member made me feel more than welcome!! Without being pushy. I felt as a VIP during my stay. The hotel looks very good and clean. My room was also big, modern, and had lovely fresh flowers in it. Breakfast was amazing. I had lots of choices (local and international food) and I saw the cooks preparing everything fresh. As I liked their food so much I also had a dinner at the hotel, and it was also perfect. They also helped me with a private car to see all the highlights as I only had 1.5 day in Huè. In the evening there was a lovely live band playing grand piano, trumpet and violin. Their music sounded wonderful. Indochine Palace thank you for this lovely and unforgettable experience. I will definitely recommend you to my friend and come back if I ever visit Huè again.Nothing

The hotel was in an excellent location a short walk from restaurants, shopping and many of the major sights in Hue. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The service at the hotel was excellent as was the daily breakfast.

The hotel looks very fancy, with gold and chandeliers, however, the staff does not have the bad attitude of places as such. They were very friendly and welcoming. It was a shame the hotel was so empty (due to covid scare in Asia) but we had a great time, eat well (Breakfast is AMAZING) and really want to congratulate all staff.

Excellent breakfast buffet, exceptional staff, beautiful pool, comfortable bed, filtered water (very convenient not having to brush my teeth with bottled water).Way too many mosquitoes in the women’s changing/shower room by the pool.
