Such a lovely property. We loved the style. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The location was great as well. Well done Indochine Palace.

The staff, the food, the facilities, the suites were the best we had so far, better than 5 star hotels in Saigon.The refreshments when we first entered the hotel could be better, perhaps something light would have been nice! But overall experience was 5 star!

The breakfast was good, especially bread. The room was suite room that was enough spacious and clean.The hotel was perfect but January was rainy season and rained almost whole day, better to avoid for tourists.

Indochine Palace is a fabolous hotel, very fascinating, a true 5-star venue. Staff is very professional and kind. Breakfast is monumental, with an incredible choice of food. The quality/price ratio is incredible. Happy we stayed 2 nights: do not miss it if you are in Hue.Everything went perfectly well.

An impressive five-star hotel, well-furnished rooms, expansive public areas, beautiful building. The staff were friendly and helpful.A better range of more simple sandwiches and cakes in the coffee shop would have been appreciated.
