Free shuttle bus and bikes, even though it was in a really ideal location!

This hotel was tucked away in a back street and was a good location for access to the town. The hotel room was very nice and had a balcony. We slept well and the breakfast was adequate. We had a meal at the restaurant one night also and it was good. The hotel have made extra efforts to make sure the place doesn't get too noisy which was appreciated. The dining room staff were very helpful and friendly.The room smelt of smoke but as we had a balcony room that was to be expected. Other than that couldn't fault the place.

I think this spot is perfect if you're spending a couple nights in Hue! The staff is absolutely incredible - supremely friendly and well informed. They immediately gave us a bunch of great options for how to go about exploring the city and arranged all transportation for us within minutes (including a taxi, a boat, and a car to Hoi An the next morning). Their breakfast (included) was delicious with several options and unlimited coffee, tea, and fresh fruit juices and we also ate lunch at their restaurant one day which was similarly very tasty. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Finally, the hotel is well located and accessible.There wasn't much not to like. The only downside was that it wasn't a particularly charming or historic hotel, but it was highly functional and then incredible staff more than made up for it.

The staff were sensational and breakfast was delicious.The air-conditioning in our room struggled to keep the room cool enough.

Clean and decent sized room, comfortable with a huge bed. Staff trying to make conversation.
