Close to walking street and good food around the area.Nothing.

Right from the start till the end, the staff were very attentive, polite, caring and considerate. They also spoke excellent English. Our room was very quiet and I managed to get the best sleep ever in my entire duration in Vietnam. The restaurant food is also very good and gave us a great introduction to Hue's local food. We arranged a private car with the hotel on our own tour itinerary and the drivers on both days took care of us very well. Two thumbs up!Perhaps the air conditioning in the room can be positioned in such a way that the cool air circulation is better and stronger. My husband was feeling warm every night and complained he couldn't sleep well although the temperature from my position on the bed felt just fine and I slept well.

The staff were incredible, so helpful and friendly. I even got a cake and singing staff this morning as it was my birthday! All so wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Great location, go for a drink at the Secret Lounge just next door.
