Everything was amazing! The service, the staff, location - the room was exactly like the pictures. Fantastic hotel and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The staff were all super friendly and adhering to our needs and trip- helped us booking taxis to the airport, with attractions nearby speaking good English. The rooms were very clean and nice, great shower, free water very good WiFi in the rooms. Location was perfect it was in the busy area on the same street as many restaurants, bars, clubs nearby, lots of choice, coffee shops etc!! Free breakfast and a great price we couldn’t ask for any more. Would certainly recommend if you’re staying in hue, 25-30 mins to the imperial city, nearby everything you need!! Would stay here again thank you very much for a pleasant stay.Nothing, stay was great!

Very clean, conveniently located in the bustle of the city, good amenities close by i.e. restaurants, bars, atm. Breakfast included options for both western and asian taste, simple but sufficient.

The bed was a dream! We stayed in a Studio room for 4 days, I was working online every afternoon. I have to say, everything was perfect! The internet was reliable, the studio nicely furnished and it gave me and my fiancee plenty of room to spend half days in. The breakfast was really good too!The only negative I could mention is that apparently the staff is asked to watch the breakfast eaters closely, ready to serve and take their orders. While the idea is nice, and we certainly appreciate the care, But they do it in a way that is a bit uncomfortable, standing too close, not really letting us mind our own business.

We had originally booked a place just down the road from here. We walked in to a very unclean room with mouldy pillows. We left quickly and found a hotel for only a little bit more money per night. The difference was amazing! So glad we found it. Lovely people and hotel. Would definitely recommend to others. We liked the staff, the room was lovely too. Breakfast was good.Nothing
