- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable

- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Exceptional
The location was in one of the weekend market street but towards the end of the road. This means it wasn’t too noisy and it was perfect walking distance. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the massage was nice. I tested myself to a massage and did my laundry there as well.N/A

Exceptional
Best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. It is clean, comfortable and has a great staff. We arrived at 8am after 11 hours drive and immideatly got our room after the staff gave us breakfast. They were so helpful and arranged for us a day trip in the city with a personal driver. The room was clean, modern and had an amazing shower. We enjoyed the hotel and the city so much we decided to stay an extra night!
