Location and room size was good. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing.

The brilliant staff made the difference, top service and attention that is way better than a five star hotel. The clean room was large and perfect, very comfortable. Wifi was perfect. Great views over Danang, breakfast was very generous and tasty, hotel convenient located to the many attractions and food and bars, i used the free bicycle to get around. I loved the rooftop pool. i was really sad to leave.100% i will return. My bed was huge. AC worked great. Laundry service quick and great value. Free welcome drink was good. Thank you.

nice pool and gym, the staff are the kindest and best I’ve ever come across. they want you to be happy so they will make sure you are. breakfast was served in our rooms which was great.some windows do not fully shut, so outside noise is apparent. as well as the school next door having a speaker on and singing at 6AM

The location was perfect in a quiet street just two blocks from the river and dragon bridge. The staff were exceedingly welcoming, attentive and helpful arranging tours with their driver. The facilities were good with a spa which we were given a free session and a rooftop swimming pool. Due to recent pandemic there were few guests so the buffet breakfast wasn't operating so they brought breakfast to our room!Couldn't fault the service, our room or the facilities.
