clean the hotel is right in the centre staffs are extremely nice from security to reception and room service.poor breakfast

Clean room, good location, breakfast is ok , staff is friendly and helpful , especially Ms.Ivy .and thank you for the welcome 💌.

The check in was super was, and was explain in detail on all the eminities that they have. room was beyond our expectations, spacious, i take room for 3 people. bed was big, room was big with sofa set to relax also. staff was super friendly, i would like to say many thanks to Ms. Ivy, Ms. Suong and Ms. Julia to take care us with such good hospitality, they make my family like easier in the city, as it was my family first visit to Vietnam. the food was superb also. will recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 to anyone.the TV should be change to smart TV.. easier to watch any streaming channel.

big shoutout to the superfriendly staff - the best I have ever met in any place I have stayed so far - they went out of their way to assist us in everything - be it anything we needed at the hotel, recommendations for restaurants, booking of tickets, asking us how we are and so on - super friendly people every single one of them! they made our stay perfect. The hotel itself is not far from the dragon bridge (easy walking distance), lots of places to eat or have a coffee nearby. We also rented a motorbike for the length of our stay directly from the hotel. the breakfast was great with many options on the buffet and fresh made eggs by order, fresh fruits etc.the walls are not the thickest - if you are very sensible to sound (as I am) you might at times be a bit annoyed by hearing sounds from neighboring rooms

With such a reasonable price, the room, facilities, and services are outstandingly great. Staff are really nice, kind and hospitable. The breakfast is good and delivered to room. The hotel has a view to the Han river and Rong bridge.
