The family were extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the room was amazing, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Great value for money.

Its near the city tourist spots and easy access to cafes, pubs and restaurants. The owner is really friendly and approachable. The facility is nice. Recommended and probably it will be a fave place for us to stay if we have plans to be in the city.

The bed was easily the most comfortable bed I've slept in during my four-year stay in southeast Asia. The room, though small, was just perfect for a weekend stay, and it was beautifully decorated. There is a large, flat screen TV mounted on the wall for your entertainment, should you choose, with some English language channels available. The deck on the top floor has a nice view of the river and neighborhood. The spaces between the rooms are lovely, with sitting areas and books to read (though I didn't spy many in languages other than Vietnamese). If you wish to do laundry, you can use the washing machine and dryer on the top floor. The owner/managers are very friendly and helpful. They can speak a little English, so basic communication is possible. The hotel is located only one block from the riverfront, and also very close to the night market at the end of the Dragon Bridge. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Da Nang!Not really complaints, just minor inconveniences having to do with functional design. There was a water kettle on the countertop, but no good or easy place to plug it in. Mugs with handles would be preferable to water glasses for drinking hot coffee (3-in-1 sachets provided). The drain for the shower is under the sink, so used shower water runs all over the bathroom floor before it drains.

Very nice place to stay! Nice small rooms with all facilities you need. Good shower, nice neighbourhood, close to the river, dragon bridge and night food market.
