The room was comfortable and the family very nice. Easy walking distance to most of the city.Small details such as no mirror in the bathroom for shaving. Not a big problem just an inconvenience

The staff is super welcoming and the hostel is very well located.We booked at the last moment so we had the last room which is very open without intimacy.

The staff are so kind and there's a lovely feel to the place because it seems like the whole family run it. The place is super clean with a good shower etc. Big breakfast selection and the host messaged me on Whatsapp before my stay giving me the address etc which was incredibly handy! location was also great being next to the night market and not too far from the beach and it was barely more expensive than sharing a dorm in a hostel! There is a real washing machine where I was able to do my whites which was amazing as most of the places i've stayed don't have hot water machines. The sun terrace is also lovely if you don't' want to walk to the beach (which is only 13,000vnd away on a grab bike, less than 50p GBP). All the other rooms looked incredible, however the trippled room had nothing like what the listing said ie:.The triple room didn't have "a TV with cable channels, a microwave, a kettle, a bidet, a hairdryer and a wardrobe. private bathroom" like the listing stated. It was literally just three beds. The walls are also have big internal windows and the curtains are super thin so doesn't feel too private, although the beds have curtains that you can't see through so wasn't too much of an issue. The room also didn't have a private bathroom, you had to walk across the corridor to get to it and the sinks were literally in the hallway. The listing also says something about every room having a private lounge, by which it means that on every floor there is a sofa in the hallway which isn't really a private room. The place was lovely but the listening needs to be a bit more accurate.
