Great Minimalism style at a very very center of Hue + Clean, comfortable room + I got a free upgrade room service to cityview room without any charges + Friendly staff, very supportive and kind + Superb near the Walking Street of Hue, very center, you can walk almost any famous shop near the center.A little bit uncomfortable to charge your device while you are out of your room because you have to bring your room key card out

Everything! The breakfast was incredible: a lot of choice (continental and Vietnamese) and the quality was very good. The hotel and spa were extremely clean. I recommend the spa and also the massages. They were absolutely amazing. Very professional. Every single staff member is super professional, extremely friendly and very helpful. They see every detail and they are available all the time with the biggest smile. They really care for their gasts. I loved my time here and I want to thank the staff for treating us so well.

Service was perfect after a bad tour day. They have done everything possible to help us and late at night they brought us soup and tea for free to our room.

Service was Great, food delish and a very good quality spa.They don't take card at reception to pay for tours/trains. Not too much of an issue as there is an atm nearby but this could be a problem for others.
