Lovely and clean. Amazing spa and great restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make me comfortable.The room was a little small. The lobby was a little small. There was no area to sit outside and have a drink or enjoy the view

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good.The jacuzzi is only for a limited time available for guests (4pm-7pm) which I think is odd. Booked that place to use it too.

By far, The nicest place we stayed in Vietnam. Great location, staff, food, everything! Spa amazing. Everyone who works there is pleasant. So lovely. Would come back to Vietnam just to stay here.

The jacuzzi was amazing with the choice between hot and cold pools. There was also a huge selection for breakfast with very good coffee! The location is also great in a quieter part of the tourist area, so a great nights sleep but only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Hue. We would definitely stay here again!Nothing
