This is the cleanest place we’ve stayed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly.Breakfast was disappointing. They charge extra to pay with credit card which is typical in Vietnam but I hope they change that.

Friendly staff likes the name. Location is convenient.The hotel has no generator. One night the power was off so that we slept in the room without A/C.

The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Staff is very friendly and helpful, not at all pushy. Breakfast is also okay. Very good price for quality.The air-conditioning wasn't working well when we arrived but the staff was very helpful and immediately fixed the problem.

This hotel lives up to its name, Friendly Hotel, as the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. For a very small charge, they picked us up from the train station and even had the room ready before check in time for us, as we'd caught an early train. The location is perfect, not far from the Imperial City and in a nice area with plenty of food options. The room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. Breakfast is great, with eggs cooked to order.
