Tam homestay is apsolutley amazing! Very nicely decoreted interior, you can experience the feng shui at its best...you can tell it is decorated with love! The hosts are the sweetest people my wife and I met on our trip to Vietnam; every time we came home, they waited for us and offered us freshly squeezed juice, hot tea, ginger candy and a warm wet towel to freshen up. They gave us tips where to eat(we would never find that restoran with local couisine and the food was excellent), suggested a tour operator to guide us through Hue (the guide was the best one we had; local man with a great knowledge of Hues and Vietnamese history, speaks english excellent), arranged a transport from Hue to our next destination (the transport included some sightseeing that we never planed to do but turned out great and educational)! Anyway, Tam homestay has my apsolut recommendation, you will be overwhelmed :)).

We were cancelled by another place and luckily found this homestay... definitely the best place i've stayed in Vietnam...right in the center of old town/walking street... the host couple were sooo nice...offered us welcome drinks, breakfast, fruits and snacks all for free!! The apartment we stayed was very ZEN...feeling calmed and energized...

Very nice welcome, with a welcome cocktail. We were picked up from the airport. We love the decor of the room and the hotel. The gentleman speaks very little English but does everything he can to help us understand each other. The breakfast was perfect. Another positive point, near the center. Go ahead with your eyes closed !!

Everything was amazing! The owner and his wife were so kind and friendly, always welcoming with hot tea and cold towels every time we got back from the city or a trip - he even shared some traditional snacks from the Tet holiday with us. The room was great, super clean and comfortable. Bed was the best we slept in in Vietnam! Bathroom also great, toiletries replenished every day and bed made etc. A/C worked perfectly! Breakfast was also great, ample menu (all vegetarian!) to choose from, sweet and savoury options. We tried 3 different things and all were great! Fresh juice also lovely, and fresh fruit too! Location is great, the Imperial City is a 15/20 minute walk and the area has loads of restaurants for lunch/dinner, as well as shops and supermarkets etc. Felt safe at night and everywhere was well lit. The owner organised an afternoon tour for us to visit all the tombs which were just outside the city - good value, private car and manages to see all three in just over 3h. Dropped right back at the hotel. All in all, could not have asked for more! The owner was so sweet and welcoming - we truly felt at home. Simply brilliant!

Location: Very good, near local food restaurant and owners are helpful as well Breakfast: More than expected, full with warm tea always offer by owners. Attitude: Very friendly as family Cleanliness: Owners will clear your room right after you left, you'll have a clean room again when I come back. Anything you may need, just have to ask the owners. Very quite at night and comfortable.
