Staff were very friendly, greeting us with fresh fruit on arrival. They were helpful in arranging transport to the abandoned waterpark and our train tickets to Hanoi. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Location is great, walking distance to lots of tourist attractions and lots of nice restaurants and bars near by. We had a late train and the staff allowed us to use the showers before we left and even gave us fresh towels which we were very grateful for!Air con didn’t work too well in one of our rooms but we had a fan as well which helped a little

Love this place. Comfortable and clean. The staff were always smiling and very helpful when it came to giving suggestions on things to do in the area, places to eat and booking tours and transfers to my next location. Quy is lovely and always happy to help out (thanks for all the tips for Hoi An and Da Nang :)). Breakfast was also good. Simple and tasty. Highly recommend this spot!Nothing.

The staff were excellent here. For example, I was just on my way out for a late dinner one evening when the receptionist noticed I had a shirt button missing; she rushed off down the road to buy thread and then sewed on a new one for me. When I offered her money she refused to accept any.Shower drain was partially blocked.
