Des petits soucis avec notre chambre (pas prête à notre arrivée) mais le personnel s’est montré super réactif et nous a trouvé une solution en quelques minutes ! L’emplacement est super aussi ! Le personnel super aimable.

Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin avec nous du début à la fin. Je recommande !

The homestay is centrally located in a small side street. Breakfast was okay, they serve fresh fruits every morning.They should have mentioned that there are no windows in the rooms on the 1st floor (actually the groundfloor in Vietnam). Additionally there were plenty of insects on our room: ants, big cockroaches and even mosquitos (we had no windows, so how?). We also wanted to book a motorcycle one way tour from Hue to Hoi An with motorvina, so the receptionist suggested to arrange it for us. She took photos of our international driving license and noted all relevant informations for our trip. 1 day later (the evening before our tour) we asked if everything is arranged. After a short phone call she told us, that they are booked out and we should have told her earlier... we were really disappointed bc we wanted to do this bike tour. We decided to go to motorvina office the same evening and they made us a great offer, as our desired motorbike was not available anymore. We paid 40€ in total, if we booked via the homestay the price would have been 50€-70€.
