Nice room. Great view from 6th floor. Hot water good pressure in shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool heated not too cold. Very clean. Bed was very comfy nice soft mattress.The location was great.... all night markets around plenty of places to eat and drink very central location close to shops BUT be aware on the weekends the surrounding streets shut to traffic and bikes from 5pm to 10pm so if you want to take the bike out you'll need to walk it for about 500m to get to the open road area. The walking only streets are lovely at night but just annoying only if you want to drive somewhere.

The hotel is nice, rooms are big enough and have a nice rainshower. The pool was lovely! Staff is helpful and was very accommodating around having everything as accessible as possible with my wheelchair.What wasn't mentioned when booking a wheelchair accessible room is that the breakfast is on the second floor next door without an elevator so I wasn't able to pick my own food from the buffet. The staff did their best to make it as enjoyable as possible though. We didn't know beforehand that the hotel is in a pretty busy walking street (during weekend nights) but inside the room you can't hear much of the noise.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. It's in a great area of the city full of restaurants and bars, but the rooms are nice and quite. You have a great view from the balcony. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. Breakfast was good - you can have noodles and a small buffet with eggs, rice cakes, toasts etc... Staff is very kind. The pool is large and a great place to cool down.

The staff is very friendly and the swimming pool is very nice.

This hotel had the best shower I have had in Vietnam! The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable.The pool was very warm so not refreshing in the hot weather.
