Everything was excellent.

Great location to tourist attractions and restaurants, staff at reception were friendly and helpful, shower has a multitude of pressure/massage options to choose from and the rooms are large. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and inviting.Buffet breakfast gets too busy when the tourist buses come in every morning, the area isn’t big enough to accommodate that many people. The buffet was ok, lots of variety but the food isn’t very flavoursome. The staff in the restaurant looked like they wanted to be anywhere but at work. The lift can sometimes take forever so it’s quicker to walk down the stairs, only one lift available. We were on the 7th floor and our window did not have any screens or safety measures to stop a child from falling out the window. We just kept them shut and the room has air conditioning.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location and amazing breakfast.We were disappointed when we were told at check-in that renting a scooter for a day with full gas would cost us 200,000 dong but after we paid the next day, they told us the tank was completely empty (which was literally true) and we had paid the 200,000. We thought this was not very good service compared to the warm welcome of the staff.

Friendly, approachable staff. Central location with a lot going on nearby. Omelettes at breakfast very good. Hotel recommended reliable people/services.I liked everything.
