This has to be the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in! 'Hotel' does not really do the place justice, as the staff treat you like Kings and Queens! There were so many small things that Cristy and Noa did that made this stay a truly memorable one - whats app message before arrival, greeting us like old friends, sending us away with recommendations of restaurants at our next destination and a fairwell gift!The dinner, although lovely, was perhaps not at the standard I would associate with a 5 star resort, although the breakfast was amazing!

Big rooms and great service, really enjoyed it and sorted a lot out for me during the stay.Location out of town, but there's a free shuttle bus if you get the timing right

The pool is especially luxurious, and all the staff are very professional and friendly.It would be better if the pool shower rules were communicated up front - save guests and the staff any embarrassment

We loved hanging by the beautiful pool during happy hour (although drinks prices were quite high). Breakfast was fantastic. As was relaxing on our balcony. The complimentary head and neck massage was to die for! The staff were very friendly and helpful.Everything was quite expensive (including water) but there’s a shop across the road that you can get supplies from.

The hotel grounds and rooms were beautiful - a very relaxing setting. The staff were incredibly kind and always available to help. Cristy was especially helpful with arranging massages and transport.
