A beautiful place to stay with absolutely lovely staff. A quiet place to relax with a great breakfast buffet.

Lovely staff who spoke English, very attentive and helpful. Location was good: a short ride into the center, quiet but not totally secluded. Shuttle from the airport had a friendly driver and complimentary waters! Breakfast was great, lots of options for both Vietnamese and Western. The entire property and pool are very nice, also the rooms are spacious. Got a free upgrade! Shower and bath very nice.Still have to pay extra for some things. Shuttle from the airport was 600K (also because of Tet surcharge which I understand), all the spa treatments,… and the hotel restaurant also a bit expensive sometimes. The Vietnamese food from the restaurant was nice, the Western a little bit bland. The bed were 2 mattresses together, creating a gap in the middle.

Very Good

staff very friendly and efficient! the room was beautiful; heated pool; beautiful resort!the restaurant is expensive and has a small choice of wines; the resort is a little bit far from the center of Hué.

Great hotel - just missing that final piece

Great location. Peaceful yet close enough to the town for dinner.The main pool was not heated yet I was led to believe it would be at this time of year (it was on a previous visit). The hairdryer in the room worked for 2 mins at a time.

Excellent

The room was great, the resort is relaxing and quite.Outside noise was heard easily in the room.
