Very Good

Clean rooms, sky bar and pool, friendly staff, adequate breakfast.Lack of English language, problems with cold water, no safe in the room. Lot of garbage and dirt next to hotel. The coffee called "Vietnamese" is just simply awful. Loud in the mornings, there's a school opposite the hotel.

Comfortable stay for3 weeks Jan 2020

Another reviewer said the hotel was good for a 3 week stay, I agree with this. Like a small serviced bedsit, big comfy bed large fold out settee, I had a room facing beach (400 metres away) which i could see from the room and could hear the surf - lovely and relaxing. Small kitchenette, new fridge freezer, microwave new pots and pans, jug and a washing machine (but laundry next door no need to wash my own gear) good air con as well. The staff were lovely and very happy, always a good sign and were very welcoming. Cosmopolitan by the nature of the guests, a lot of Europeans and Asian, good feeling.Couldn't book by the month so I moved on. Breakfast was just ok, I just bought local tropical fruit and ate in room.

You get what you pay for.

The location.I wish the bar was better stocked; I wish they had better food options after breakfast.

Very Good

The staff is kind and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Room is clean and silent.The floor tiles around the pool are very slippery. Make sure to wear shoes.

Comfortable and relaxing

It was so relaxing after spending time in Hanoi. We stayed at a place through Airbnb, never again it was disgusting, everywhere was booked up so we had to stay 3 nights, we booked and paid for 7 nights. I have informed Airbnb and had no response.As explained above it was an oasis
