Very Good

Room was clean and the staff who checked us in on the first day was very friendly.- smoke free room yet could smell smoke in the room one of the morning during our stay - we suspect this may due to people smoking on the balcony - one of the staff refilled watermelon for the breakfast buffet, rather than using a fork to transfer the cut watermelon onto the plate, he used his hands. And he was the person to collect dirty dishes...

Hotel was good but the location not so good. But the staff were very helpful and friendly

The breakfast was excellent. Good variety of food. Location was opposite a school - very noise. It was also next to twee open construction sites - not so safe! The free bicycles was a bonus and help a lot with sightseeing. The street food was here the best in all of Vietnam!!!The location quite far from any tourist attractions and the sea. You needed a taxi for all your transport

Excellent value, great rooftop views and good location!

Great location, easy walk to the beach and close to many restaurants/cafes. Nice, clean bathroom and room. Rooftop pool was lovely (not very big though, but great place to chill out/read/dip in the pool with views of Da Nang and the beach. Lovely attentive staff!Breakfast had limited western options but not bad overall. Is opposite a school, so sometimes a bit noisy when the kids are outside playing.

.Startled that there was no window in the room. Never been to Vietnam, didn’t realize they were an extra.
