The location was ok as it is almost on the beach The sky pool has a great view Nice fruits, spring rolls, wontons and eggs at breakfast (but the eggs take a while as they only cook 2 eggs at a time).My bathroom had hair in it when i arrived, cleanliness is not up to 4 star standard at all. Housekeeping didnt give a spare toilet roll or shower gel or take rubbish away. In the 5 days we stayed we asked for housekeeping just twice and both times were not nicely done. Also the bathroom is very small and cramped Only 2 elevators serve the 22 floors and it was very busy so the wait is always quite long, maybe ask for a lower floor. Gym has no air conditioning working. Outside the hotel are taxi drivers waiting all day and night so every time you come out they are trying to ask you if you want one. For a 1 night stay this wouldn't mean anything but for more days every time you leave it was a bit disturbing. I saw the reviews saying it is loud but they were right it is a loud area theres live music and dj music outside the hotel every night which you can hear from the room. No currency exchange at the moment, and not one close enough to walk to either

The sea view is so beautiful and you will feel it is worth to pay a bit more for it. You can see sun rise from the sea just from your room. The location was near My Khe Beach, you can enjoy beach time anytime. The root top swimming pool was nice too, although until 9pm. From hotel to Da Nang Cathedral around VND50k (Grab).The breakfast was just so so. My husband was quite mad that the housekeeper picked the room key from room to front desk. FYI, the hotel provided info on booking.com that have 1 free afternoon tea (cake) but now changed to a VND50k restaurant food and beverage coupon. The cheapest item on the menu is VND80k excluded tax so I didn't use the coupon finally. :) Hotel have free shuttle to airport, but the earliest one is 08:30 and only have a few time slot. If you have early morning flight better to check the time and arrange your own transportation.

Very good location with nice view and many shops around. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy arrangement to visit tourist attractions. Good breakfast buffet. Saturday night BBQ and live music by the rooftop pool were so much fun. Beautiful view from the rooftop.Swimming pool needed maintenance as some floor ceramic parts kept coming out. Also the pool ladders were loose and we informed the staff but it wasn't fixed for the next 4 days. We had dinner once in the hotel restaurant (a la carte) and food quality was below average. Noise due to construction work right next to the hotel.

Has a pool and the most amazing view from room.Lots of maintenance being done and rooms are cleaned poorly the bathroom and carpet etc also missing pool tiles etc other then that amazing and great breakfast options
