This place should go out of business today, and every single person working the front area today should be fired. However, the bed was comfortable and the view was nice, although the most expensive suite in a hotel should *never* be located on the 8th floor of a 23 floor hotel. We heard every single honk of a car horn, which in a country that makes NYC cab drivers seem calm and reserved, was just as loud as you would imagine. Plus some.I truly wish zero stars were an option. Negative, in fact. I am disgusted with the management and front desk staff. I have never in my life been so horrified by a hotel. So, the soundproofing between rooms is basically non-existent. The family in the room next to us (not English speakers, so we could not communicate with them) spent most of two days shouting, unclear whether at each other or if that was just their normal volume level. The hotel staff did not care and did nothing. Then, this morning while we were packing up to check out, the adult(s) began screaming angrily and beating their children. They were hitting their children so hard I could hear the impact of skin on skin THROUGH THE WALLS. The children were howling in pain. I called the front desk and reported what was happening, and they said they would send security. They did not. My friend knocked on the door to try to intervene, and of course no one answered. We went down to check out a couple of minutes later, I told the woman at the front desk that no one had come to help, and she told me that it was a “family issue” and that they were not going to intervene. I pointed out that the children could have broken bones or be dead. She shrugged. Literally, shrugged. This is absolutely disgusting behavior. I’m speechless. I add that they would not let us leave the hotel until they checked our room, because apparently the two quiet, professional, well-behaved female travelers (we are both lawyers) look like thieves or something. So they had time to check our room for damage, but no time to knock on the door of the room next to us to check on the welfare of small and helpless actual human beings who we heard being hurt. They then came down and said we owed them money for a bottle of water out of the mini bar, which we *did not drink*, and would not let us leave until we had paid for it—the equivalent of US $1!!!

Location 2 minutes from the beach.Booked through booking.com . Was suppose to include afternoon tea. Upon arrival hotel staff informed us they stopped doing afternoon tea one month previous. If we had been informed we would have changed hotel. After several emails to complain, Booking.com have decided just to ignore us. On at least 14 occasions we seen rats within meters of the hotel. This may be down to construction work currently taking place . I foresee construction work immediately next to hotel will continue for a prolonged period. If you can book another hotel.

Staffs are friendly but not so professional, esp when they charged room fee all already but didn't take note and tend to charge again. The service to airport just serves 12:30pm or 6:30pm, so what about guests that fly between?.We stayed 3 nights at Premier Sea Front room, and found out all bed sheets were not replaced at all. We dropped some orange juice, and all they did was switched the sheet downside so that we couldn't notice, but, well, we did. Toilet is ok, bathtub is a little small.

Location was great, right at the beach.The rooms were overlooking the wall of the adjacent building. would have never booked it, if it was stated clear in booking.com, knowing we were going to stay there for a week! Let the staff know, they said we could pay extra and upgrade, which we decided not to do.
