Everything was amazing, I really can't fault this place. Close to the citadel and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast food options.

Spacious and clean room. 10 minuts walk from citadel Hue. The staff was very helpful and service minded. We really apreciated the welcome drink and 15 minuts masage. Good value for money. The hotel was perfect for our stay in Hue. We recomed this hotel and we will come back if we visit again the city.Everything was perfect

Highly recommend for cyclists: Plentiful breakfast buffet with healthy options (and river view), nice onsite spa, cheerful staff, spacious rooms. Parking attendants handled my bicycle with care. Wish I had time to enjoy the hot tub in the room!The area is a bit loud at night—it's the backpacker area, full of bars, even though this hotel is definitely not in the backpacker price range. Closing the doors keeps out most of the noise, and it didn't actually interfere with my sleep, but I did get a little worried on the first evening.

Staff friendly and helpful. Massage is a must. Location, just in the heart of Tourist District. A very convinient hotel if you don't want local inmersion.Regular 4* European business hotel standard. The Hotel is Ok, but if you're looking some charming local place, this is not your hotel.

Brilliant Location right in the heart of Hue. The rooms were great. The staff were exceptional they not only arranged our onward travel but as it was our daughter's birthday they gave her a birthday cake! They also directed us to the Citadel. Breakfast was great there was so much choice and catered for most nationalities. It was the biggest range I have ever seen!Pool could have been warmer a bit cold.
