Location is good. Acceptable breakfast.The hotel doesn't deserve 4*. It is old and dirty. Mold in the bathroom and around AC.

The location was great, with easy access to the riverside walkway and restaurants and bars, as well as being walking distance from the Imperial Palace & the Embroidery Museum & other exhibitions. The swimming pool was good, and we loved the rooftop views. The food was great in the Skybar, although Cocktails seemed to be off the menu.All good.

Generous breakfast, with plenty to choose from, both local, asian and european tastes. Location was good.So hot in the room, air conditioning not working properly. No one in the family got a proper rest, it was an awful night, in no other hotel half the price in Vietnam we stayed in we experienced anything like this. One toilette paper roll only, no emergency roll :(. Insufficient water preassure in shower- Awful smell coming from the toilette in the morning. Broken furniture. No money change in reception, you are requested to go to nearest bank, with many language difficulties as the staff was not very good english speaking. At least Breakfast was worth it.

Not much.. the location is good and they organised a good taxi servie to the train station. The air conditioner worked.The hotel staff were not helpful. The rooms were dirty, with stained sheets and towels. This is not a 4 star hotel in my eyes and was expensive in comparison to other hotels in the area
