There is a shop next door that’s very useful and sells bottles of water for 5000 when the hotel sells the same bottles for 20000, I liked the shop. The restaurant round the corner has very good food at a fair price compared to the terrible food at the hotel, I liked the restaurant round the corner.The staff were lazy and uninterested, the roof top bar was constantly dirty despite there being staff there. One evening we had a drink and the next evening our bottles where still there. Constantly the staff are on their phones with the attitude of don’t interrupt me. The room was generally dirty with filthy corners, rot was in every corner of the bathroom. The mattress on the bed was collapsing, and the bed frame itself creaked and wobbled at the slightest movement. The restaurant was filthy with food buildup under every table, under them clearly hadn’t been cleaned up in weeks. There was a hornet nest in the rooftop bar. Along with the bar being constantly manned with staff they rarely cleaned the tables and if you needed a drink they could be found sat by the fan and unless approached would flatly ignore you.

Breakfasts were amazing - lots of choice. Room was clean, bed comfortable and excellent aircon. Great swimming pool and gym facilities. Perfect central location.More coathangers in the wardrobes.

.AC was broken, safe box was broken, couldn't take a bath because it was broken. The breakfast wasn't even good.

Everything was lovely, receptionist was very nice and very helpful A++.Nothing, all was great
