Exceptional

Breakfast was nice.Receptionist is helpful.Tv channel only have Vietnamese language. It will be better to have English movies Channel.

Very Good

The room vas specious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the location as it was close to the beach. The stuff was very friendly althoug some of the receptionist did not speak english. All together the staying at the hotel was nice.The breakfast is Asian. So if you are not used to eating rice and noodles for breakfast there was not much other options beside toast and marmelade. It would be nice to have some more light food as well.

the staff (particularly YEN) were amazing, very friendly and helpful at all times thank you the room was immaculate, large size, great bathroom and shower full buffet breakfast included perfect area for many very good restaurants and bars.air conditioning and WiFi not very good YEN did try her best to remedy for us but not possible

Great value for money

This place is definitely great value for money. The room was large and comfortable, had the best nights sleep so far in Vietnam! The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful-even letting us leave our bags with them overnight so we could travel to Hanoi on a motorbike. Really appreciated the staff here.The breakfast wasn't great. Western section consisted of fruit and bread, both of which were covered in flies.
